Course 1 begins with Chilean Ceviche featuring lime, cilantro, and onion, paired with Viña Mayu Sauvignon Blanc from Valle del Elqui. Course 2 showcases a traditional Paila Marina with mussels, clams, shrimp, and fish, complemented by Areyna Torrontes from Cafayate. For Course 3, enjoy Bife de Chorizo served with chimichurri and papas fritas, paired with Finca Decero Winery Malbec from Remolinos Vineyard in Agrelo. The evening concludes with Course 4, a classic Leche Asada dessert paired with Reginato Rosé of Malbec.
