On Thursday, April 17th, we proudly marked a significant milestone with the official ribbon cutting of Sunset Prime, our brand-new dining venue at Sea Trail Golf Resort. In partnership with the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce, the event was a celebration of vision, progress, and community.
During the ceremony, Mike Buccerone, President of East Coast Golf Management, spoke about the transformation of the resort, noting the substantial investments made by ownership in the short time of a year and a half. From the renovated Convention Center, New 55 Bistro Bar & Sunset Slice, renovated Jones Byrd Clubhouse, and the new Byrd course, the resort has undergone a remarkable evolution— and there’s still more ahead.
Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Sunset Prime offers a spacious and modern setting with a variety of seating options, including tables, booths, bar seating, and outdoor areas. Guests are able to enjoy “The Overlook,” our outdoor covered bar and patio space, complete with a cozy fire-pit area—perfect for relaxing with friends and family.
On Wednesday through Saturday evenings, Sunset Prime transforms into an elevated steakhouse dinging experience, featuring Certified Angus Beef® Prime cuts— the top 3% of beef in the country. As well as fresh seafood, chef-crafted entrees, and homemade desserts from our talented pastry chef. Guests can also enjoy an extensive wine list, craft beers, and signature cocktails.
