From grand to intimate, indoors to outdoors,  Sea Trail Golf Resort can host your event in a unique setting like a poolside tiki bar, elegant private dining room, chic bar & lounge,  sun-drenched promenade, grand ballroom, garden gazebo, or course side. Our diverse venues including three championship golf courses, expansive green space throughout the resort, and the breathtaking Sunset Beach located just 3 miles away–all reflect the vibrant, new Sea Trail Golf Resort while promising the charm and gracious hospitality your event deserves.

The Convention Center -The Grand Ballroom

Decorative arched doorways, beautiful restored wood dance floor, and  elegant chandeliers define the Grand Ballroom encompassing Ballrooms  I, II, and III, our largest indoor space. It can accommodate up to 1000 guests for any grand event.

The Convention Center- Ballrooms I-III

For more intimate gatherings, these ballrooms can be booked separately or combined to create the perfect fit for your event. Ballrooms can accommodate up to 300 guests with some variation in Ballroom II due to dance floor layout.

The Convention Center-Promenade

Adjacent to the Ballrooms, the Promenade is a striking, sunlit space with a wall of stunning arched doors leading to the Piazza, which overlooks a lush garden, pond, and gazebo. It provides a dramatic, elegant backdrop for events and can accommodate up to 200 guests.

The Convention Center - Boardrooms I &II

These stylish, well-appointed meeting spaces come equipped with large screen smart TVs, wireless internet, wet bars, and solid wood boardroom table with comfortable seating in executive chairs. Perfect for formal meetings, business dinners, team-building sessions, and more.

Sunset Tiki & Poolside

These areas feature a gorgeous modern bar, a covered dining area with a seating ledge positioned for prime views, and an intimate open-air patio. An additional front patio area boasts a walk-up bar window and a charming courtyard atmosphere. Our team can tailor this space to fit your event perfectly.

55 Bistro Bar

Moody, Modern, Laid-Back Sophistication with hip, upscale sports-bar/pub feel make this venue a standout for those looking for unique event spaces. Consisting of three areas- Bar, Lounge, and Eatery –all three  can be combined or each booked separately. Perfect for golf groups, large family gatherings, parties, and more. The Lounge offers a pool table, Bullshooter Dart Boards, and Arcade games including Golden Tee.
