We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Sea Trail Golf Resort’s First Assistant Golf Professional, Cameryn Smith, who is featured in the Summer 2026 edition of South Brunswick Magazine.
Titled “Changing the Course,” the feature shares Cameryn’s journey from growing up on the fairways of Brunswick County to helping golfers develop their skills and confidence at Sea Trail. After beginning the game through the First Tee Program at age seven, Cameryn played high school golf, earned a golf scholarship to Queens University of Charlotte and later helped introduce a new generation of junior golfers to the sport.
Cameryn returned home to Brunswick County and joined Sea Trail in 2024, inspired by the exciting growth and transformation taking place across the resort. Today, she brings an approachable, encouraging teaching style to private lessons and clinics while helping create a more welcoming environment for women in the game.
Her passion for teaching, commitment to her community and dedication to making golf more accessible continue to make a meaningful difference—both at Sea Trail and throughout Brunswick County.
We’re proud to have Cameryn on our team and thrilled to see her story receive this well-deserved recognition. Join us in congratulating Cam and read “Changing the Course” on pages 39–41 of the magazine’s summer edition.
