We are delighted to announce the soft opening of Sunset Prime at Sea Trail Golf Resort, now serving breakfast and lunch as of Monday, February 3rd. This milestone marks the culmination of a year-long transformation of the Jones Byrd Clubhouse and a step in transforming Sea Trail Golf Resort into a premier stay and play destination on the Carolina coast.
The multi-million dollar renovation has redefined the space, making it nearly unrecognizable to those familiar with the former clubhouse. We opened the clubhouse floor plan to create an inviting modern atmosphere with multiple venue rooms, perfectly designed for both casual and intimate dining experiences.
The improvements extend beyond the dining rooms. Our state-of-the-art kitchen is now designed to service multiple venues, including 55 Bistro, Sunset Slice, the Convention Center and Events, and now, Sunset Prime. This enables our culinary team to deliver consistent quality across all locations.
Under the leadership of Executive Chef, Juan Mesa and Food and Beverage Director, Daniel Hill, our culinary team has meticulously developed a range of menus spanning breakfast, lunch, and soon, dinner. Additionally, guests can enjoy an extensive wine, beer, and specialty cocktail menu.
